1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kxn8 ("kxn8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kxn8 website at kxn8.io and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, payment processing, promotional programmes, and customer support services.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement — you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from being bound by a contract.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on kxn8. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected, kxn8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawal requests pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination. kxn8 may share information about fraudulent registrations with relevant authorities where required by law.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. kxn8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your login details. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, kxn8 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation from any player at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the required KYC documents have been submitted and approved. KYC review typically completes within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

4 Deposits

kxn8 accepts deposits from players in Bangladesh via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and credited to your kxn8 account balance in BDT.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred Taka) per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: As displayed at the time of deposit — limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited within seconds. Bank card deposits may take up to 10 minutes.
• Deposit fees: kxn8 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside kxn8's control.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.

kxn8 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any deposit that is suspected to be fraudulent, made using a stolen payment instrument, or made in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and the funds returned to the originating payment source after investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred Taka) per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: As displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Higher limits may be available for verified accounts.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless prior written approval has been obtained from kxn8 support.
• Withdrawal fees: kxn8 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Express processing fees may apply for premium fast-track requests where available.

5.1 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Any bonus funds credited to your account, and winnings derived from wagering with bonus funds, are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been used to claim a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.

5.2 Withdrawal Delays

kxn8 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for the purpose of security checks, KYC verification, or fraud prevention review. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason where disclosure is permissible. kxn8 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider after the funds have been dispatched from the kxn8 platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kxn8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry periods. These are published alongside each promotion on the kxn8 platform.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is displayed in the bonus terms at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• kxn8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of cancellation will remain subject to their original wagering requirements.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, exploiting bonus structures through low-risk wagering strategies, or withdrawing before completing wagering requirements — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account subject to review.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on kxn8 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the kxn8 system and a bet reference number has been generated. Bets that have not received system confirmation are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game or betting market. These limits may be adjusted for individual players at kxn8's discretion.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software bug that affects the outcome of a game or bet, kxn8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Payouts made in error (including overpayments) are not valid and must be returned to kxn8 upon request.

Bets on cancelled or abandoned matches will be voided and stakes returned unless specific settlement rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play betting: In-play bets are accepted at kxn8's discretion. The platform reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Any bets placed after the conclusion of the event they relate to will be voided.

8 Fair Play & Game Integrity

13 Limitation of Liability

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, or information published on the platform for informational purposes.

14 Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the player's account at any time.

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting kxn8 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of uncleared bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.2 Termination by kxn8

kxn8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• kxn8 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• The player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to other players, kxn8's systems, or kxn8's business.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than terms violations or fraud, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completing due diligence. Where closure is the result of confirmed fraud or serious terms violations, kxn8 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and legal review.

15 Amendments to These Terms

kxn8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kxn8 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the kxn8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment's effective date. Players who close their account prior to an amendment taking effect will not be bound by the new terms.
